Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all functions, from job scoping to offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidates, benchmark compensation, and structure competitive offers.
Oversee new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with company culture and operations.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline through active engagement with universities, recruiters, and industry networks.
Talent Development & Engagement
Design and implement quarterly learning, development, and wellness programs tailored to a creative, high-performing team.
Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans to enhance morale and retention.
Partner with leadership on succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

HR Operations & Strategy
Oversee all HR administration, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits.
Ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, CPF requirements, PDPA, and the Fair Consideration Framework.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and career progression.
Maintain and optimize HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, training hours, and cost-per-hire) to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
6-10 years of progressive HR or recruitment experience, ideally within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
