Qualifications

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Controller to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, coordinating response to incidents, and maintaining accurate reports to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities
- Coordinate with on-ground security personnel to ensure effective incident response
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Manage access control systems and authorize entry where necessary
- Report any irregularities or security breaches to the supervisor or management
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report faults immediately
- Follow SOPs and emergency response protocols
- Minimum security license is Senior Security Officer (SSO) rank
- Familiar with CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Day or Night Shift available
- Basic computer literacy and report‑writing skill
