The Farming Sales Executive is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on customer retention, account growth, and delivering exceptional service to maximize sales opportunities.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries and resolve issues to enhance the client experience.
- CRM Strategy & Optimization: Using CRM data to identify sales strategies and products based on customer past purchases.
- Payment Collection: Follow up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection.
- 1+ years in sales or key account management (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively serve our Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good interpersonal skills
- Class 3/3A Singapore license is required
