Healthcare Schemes Administration & Implementation
- Manage end-to-end administrative processes for various primary care financing schemes. This includes contract processing, appeals handling, clawback procedures, enquiry management, and other scheme-related administrative tasks.
- Oversee regular payment cycles to ensure funds are disbursed or recovered accurately and on time. Prepare required financial and operational reports in the specified formats, involving large-volume data handling, reconciliation of payments, and computation of reporting figures.
- Forecast quarterly funding requirements to ensure sufficient cash flow for payouts to healthcare providers. Compute adjustments to disbursement amounts after each quarterly reporting cycle.
- Investigate and follow up on exception cases with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with scheme guidelines and policies to meet audit requirements.
- Participate in scheme enhancements, policy changes, and system implementation activities as directed by relevant authorities.
- Handle accounting or finance entries related to healthcare scheme transactions recorded in the balance sheet.
- Perform reconciliation of scheme disbursements with payments made to participating healthcare providers.
- Liaise with finance teams or shared service units on vendor creation, system matters, and accounting-related issues.
