NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Zscaler Technical Lead to own and drive enterprise-scale Zscaler architecture across ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC in a Singapore-based setting. You will oversee solution design, governance, and complex escalations, coordinating with Zscaler OEM/TAC and key stakeholders.

You will lead hands-on deployments, design secure traffic forwarding, and mentor technical teams to ensure successful migrations and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC architectures.
• Experience deploying SWG, ZTNA, DNS Security, and FWaaS in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of DLP, CASB, RBI, and ZDX.
• Hands-on migration planning and integration of GRE/IPsec, SAML/SCIM, Entra ID.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale SASE projects and mentor technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Zscaler solutions.
• Lead deployment of ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, SWG, ZTNA, DNS Security, and FWaaS services.
• Design traffic forwarding using GRE, IPsec, Z-Tunnel, PAC, and VDI integrations.
• Manage SAML, SCIM, and Entra ID integrations and authentication architecture.
• Define security policies, migration strategy, and technical governance standards.
• Conduct design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide L3/L4 escalation support.
• Coordinate with Zscaler OEM/TAC and stakeholders during implementation and operations.

Role Overview:

Seeking a Senior Zscaler Technical Lead with strong hands-on architecture, deployment, and technical leadership experience across ZIA, ZPA, and ZCC. The role will drive enterprise-scale SASE implementation, solution design, governance, and complex technical escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Zscaler solutions.
• Lead deployment of ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, SWG, ZTNA, DNS Security, and FWaaS services.
• Design traffic forwarding using GRE, IPsec, Z-Tunnel, PAC, and VDI integrations.
• Manage SAML, SCIM, and Entra ID integrations and authentication architecture.
• Define security policies, migration strategy, and technical governance standards.
• Conduct design reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide L3/L4 escalation support.
