Content Strategy

Define and implement the zone content strategy for CRV and LRP, tailored for each region

Determine optimal content platforms, formats, media, creators and med influencers, editorial calendar and KPIs

Establish the ideal balance between DMI, regional, and local content

Pre-test (link AI), monitor and analyze content performance to optimize the strategy and maximize the impact for LDB brands

O+O Content Production

In line with the LDB brand strategies and regional consumer insights:

Adapt DMI content for local relevancy (Harmony implementation referent)

Create original content for the zone or a region to address local specific needs not covered by DMI

Support some key countries within the zone in their local content creation, providing guidance and best practices.

Select and manage the proper creative external agencies and technical partners

Inputs to DMI

As the key contact person for DMI content teams (LRP marketing and CRV digital):

Provide regular feedback and insights to the LDB DMI teams based on regional expertise and performance

Define the local relevancy do & don’t and frame the country needs

Continuously track and gather local and regional trends and competition to hack and inspire future content development
