- 协助主厨完成日常烹饪与准备工作
Assist the Head Chef in daily cooking and preparation tasks - 根据分工在不同岗位协助出菜
Move between kitchen stations to assist with food preparation and cooking - 在工作繁忙或同事缺席时提供支援
Provide support when workload increases or colleagues are absent - 检查食材品质,确保符合餐厅标准
Check the quality of ingredients and ensure they meet restaurant standards - 保持厨房区域整洁、卫生,符合安全要求
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen area - 协助厨房团队维持出品的一致性与品质
Support the kitchen team to ensure food consistency and quality - 协助进行定期库存盘点
Assist in regular stock taking and inventory control - 严格遵守卫生与安全规定
Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety standards - 遵守公司标准操作流程(SOP)
Follow the company’s standard operating procedures - 完成上级交办的其他工作
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
任职要求 / Requirements
- 具备1–2年餐饮或厨房相关经验
1–2 years of experience in F&B or kitchen operations preferred - 了解中餐烹饪流程及厨房基本操作
Basic understanding of Chinese cuisine and kitchen operations - 具备良好的卫生与安全意识
Strong sense of hygiene and safety - 勤奋负责,能适应快节奏环境
Hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment - 具有团队合作精神
Team player with a positive attitude - 欢迎新人申请,提供在岗培训
