We are currently seeking a Z2-Sr Application Engineer - UI UX-IS Dept to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities

• Expertise in User Experience, usability and Product Design
• Balancing Business goals and end user goals and arriving to a decision.
• Get stakeholders insights and refine the design solution iteratively.
• Ability to conduct Design thinking workshop.
• Ability to implement user centered design process. Able to differentiate where to apply qualitative and quantitative user research. Persona creation and customer journey mapping.
• Able to create a blueprint service. Able to validate hypothesis with users and business.
• Adhere to style guide and the available design system and able to check the implementation feasibility with developers and Maintaining design assets as per industry best practices.
• Difference between Agile UX, traditional UX and lean UX and know how where to apply what.
• Experience in creating wireframes, user flows and interaction design guidelines
• Experience in creating interactive UI/UX and pixel-perfect visual designs for multiple digital platform
