A community-focused organization in Singapore is seeking a Youth Worker Associate to guide and engage youths through holistic activities. The role includes developing care plans, implementing programmes, and mentoring residents. Candidates should hold a relevant diploma and have a passion for working with children and youth. Flexibility in working shifts is essential.

The Youth Worker Associate is part of a care team and is responsible for engaging residents in holistic and meaningful activities, providing residents with direction, guidance and supervision in daily activities and acting as a positive role model.
At least a diploma, preferably in Youth Work, Social Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, Events Management, Community Development, Outdoor and Adventure Learning (Enrolled Nurse, Student Care Teachers or any other relevant experiences working with children and youth are welcome to apply)
Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:
Morning Shift : 7.00am - 4.00pm
Afternoon Shift : 1.00pm - 10.00pm
Night Shift : 10.00pm - 7.00am
A work schedule will be planned by the Manager for shifts
