National Youth Council's Youth Corps Singapore (YCS) seeks dynamic individuals to champion youth volunteerism across IHLs. You will design and coordinate programmes, train youths, and help sustain the volunteerism movement.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in community service and youth development.
• Experience with partnerships with Social Service Agencies and IHLs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for training curriculum.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training activities.
• Willingness to commit evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate Youth Corps programmes, advising on training theories and tools.
• Develop, deliver and coordinate skills development workshops with partners.
• Provide evaluative feedback on programmes and training for impact.
• Manage survey data collection and guide teammates in data practices.
• Support schools in engagement with community partners and resources.
