Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual. In this role, you will design and deliver programmes that support students' holistic development, social-emotional growth, and positive school engagement.

Programme Design & Implementation

• Organize and manage student engagement programmes (Reintegration, Catalyst, After-School Engagement).
• Conduct after-school and holiday programmes.

Student Supervision & Support

• Supervise students to ensure safety and positive behaviour.
• Guide students in peer relationships and social-emotional skills.
• Track attendance and follow up with school staff.

Mentoring & Guidance

• Mentor students in goal-setting, academics, and SEL competencies.
• Work with teachers to equip students with skills and values.

Resources & Activity Preparation

• Prepare materials for activities.
• Support students in keeping the engagement room ready for use.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Provide termly evaluations and feedback.
• Share updates on participation and programme impact.
• Ensure adherence to school conduct guidelines.

Collaboration & Improvement

• Work with school staff to support students and link them to community resources.
• Assist in school-wide initiatives and programme reviews.

Requirements

• Diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Youth Work, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with youths.
