5-Day Work Week(Mon–Thu: 8.30am–6.30pm, Fri: 8.30am–5.30pm)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Programs Executive to join a non-profit residential home supporting youths from trauma backgrounds. You will play a key part in planning, executing, and mentoring through outreach programs, while fostering positive relationships with the youths, volunteers, and partner agencies.

This role also requires flexibility to support family care duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement outreach programs, activities, and interventions for youths.
  • Conceptualize, propose, and execute programs to engage target groups.
  • Mentor, counsel, and build rapport with at-risk or alienated youths.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with volunteers and external agencies.
  • Facilitate interventions and create mentoring opportunities to support youths’ personal, social, and educational growth.
  • Monitor and maintain proper program records, tracking, and evaluation systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Social Workers and Care Staff on residents’ progress.
  • Ensure residents attend scheduled activities and abide by house rules.
  • Accompany residents for activities when required and remain vigilant to mood/behavioral changes.
  • Uphold dignity, respect, and equality for every resident.
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the Head of Home / Head (Therapy) or management.
Requirements
  • Diploma In Social Work or Psychology
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in program management, youth work, or social services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with at-risk youths.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and resilient personality.
