Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services in Singapore is seeking a Student Intervention Specialist to provide individual and group sessions for students with disciplinary concerns. You will develop intervention plans, maintain confidential records, and deliver social-emotional learning programmes.

You will collaborate with teachers, school teams, and external agencies to support students, provide crisis intervention when needed, and monitor programme effectiveness through feedback and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent qualification (or higher).
• At least 1 year of relevant student management experience in Singapore.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional ethics.
• Student-centric, emotionally resilient, and proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group intervention sessions for students with disciplinary concerns
• Develop and implement intervention plans and maintain confidential student records
• Conduct social-emotional learning and self-regulation programmes
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and external agencies to support students
• Provide crisis intervention, student guidance, and transition support where required
• Monitor and evaluate discipline programmes, gather feedback, and prepare reports
