We are looking for a Youth Development Consultant who is passionate in shaping the education landscape in Singapore one school at a time, through partnership with school leaders.

A driven individual who embraces the challenge of providing strategic consultancy and advisory services on learning solutions and interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Build opportunities with schools for workshops and experiential programmes
  • Consult with educators to diagnose learning needs and co-create solutions
  • Work with curriculum team to align with MOE frameworks
  • Evaluate impact using feedback, assessments, and reports
  • Support product innovation
  • Contribute to team sales targets and client relationships
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor in Education, Psychology, Business, or Communications preferred
  • Strong consultative and analytical skills
  • Comfortable engaging educators & leaders
  • Creative, adaptable, and passionate about learning
  • Sales experience preferred; fresh grads welcomed
