Job summary

RY FITNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Curriculum & Training Manager to design, structure, and execute accredited Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certifications, YACEP continuing education, and specialized workshops.

This role bridges curriculum design, faculty leadership, and hands-on instruction to deliver high-standard educational experiences that prepare trainees to become professional yoga educators. You will lead core YTT cohorts, mentor trainees, coordinate final assessments, and manage guest

Qualifications

Pedagogical expertise to translate complex topics into practical lessons.
Strong communication and mentorship skills to support trainees.
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
Tech-savvy with LMS, productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Accreditation: develop syllabi and training materials for 200/300/500-hour YTT tracks and CPD modules.
Training Delivery & Cohort Facilitation: lead core YTT cohorts with lectures, practicums and clinics, provide feedback.
Faculty & Guest Lecturer Management: recruit and oversee guest lecturers and experts, ensure quality.
Program Operations & Commercial Coordination: align course schedules with marketing and admissions; gather feedback for improvements.
