Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support their finance, project, and operations teams. The role involves preparing accounts, tracking customer quotations, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma, be proficient in MS Office, and preferably have experience with Xero accounting software. A pleasant personality and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma required.
  • Able to prepare a full set of accounts and good understanding of double entry.
  • Prepared for interdepartmental transfer within the Sea Forrest Group.

Responsibilities

  • Support finance, project and operations team in general admin duties.
  • Tracking customers quotations and project delivery schedule.
  • Maintain proper documentation of finance and operations control.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Xero accounting software
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently
