Job Responsibilities:

Post Implementation Monitoring

• Reach out to customer to understand payment patterns
• Make recommendations on account strategy following understanding of customer patterns
• Transaction monitoring
• Reach out to customers to follow up on overdue bills
• Monitor for available funds in accounts and instruct the operations team to debit accounts to settle overdue amounts.
• Upon receiving instructions from relevant team, instruct the operations team for loan settlement

• Up to $3,500

Period:

• 6 months contract

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Raffles Place

Requirements:
