  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Job Responsibilities
  • Course Administration
  • Handle enquiries, course registrations, and day-to-day training administration efficiently
  • Training Operations Support
  • Assist with course delivery, manage urgent training requests, and generate reports for performance tracking.
  • Marketing & Outreach
  • Support marketing activities, update collaterals, and assist in outreach events such as seminars, roadshows, and corporate programmes.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management
  • Source, negotiate, and monitor outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the Training Centre’s reputation and increase course demand.
