Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a WSH Officer for a project-based role at the Changi project office.

Salary ranges from SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000 monthly, depending on experience, with working days of 5.5 days and alternate Saturdays. The position requires overseeing the WSH Management System, ensuring compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements, and coordinating safety activities at the site. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.
• MOM registered Safety Officer (WSHO); ECO beneficial.
• At least 3 years of experience in WSH, preferably in construction.
• Able to provide hands-on site support and strategic EHS improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the WSH Management System, policies, procedures and programmes.
• Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, Regulations, MOM requirements and codes of practice.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and workplace observations to identify hazards.
• Develop, review and implement risk assessments, risk management plans, SWPs and method statements.
• Monitor high-risk activities and advise on risk-control measures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, WSH training and inductions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness exercises and rescue drills.
• Investigate accidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain WSH records and statutory documentation.
• Liaise with MOM, WSH Council, clients and authorities on WSH matters.
• Participate in WSH committee meetings and monitor contractor safety.
• Conduct PPE inspections and monitor environmental conditions where applicable.
