Job summary

A multinational organization in Singapore is seeking a professional for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will conduct checks and manage safety standards, support compliance inspections, and lead investigations on incidents. A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience is required, and experience in LTA projects is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Possess WSH Management in Construction Industry.
• At least 3-4 years of related working experience.
• Advantageous to have experience in LTA projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect data on WSH performance and conditions.
• Conduct routine checks on work activities.
• Manage WSH non-compliance and unsafe work conditions.
• Monitor effectiveness of improvement actions.
• Participate in WSH compliance inspections.
• Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance.
• Address WSH non-compliance and unsafe practices.
• Carry out initiatives to support WSH program.
• Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.
• Follow emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Follow investigation protocols to collect data.
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare incident and accident reports.
• Propose corrective measures for incidents.
• Review investigation findings to identify causes.

Job Requirements

• Collect data on WSH performance, conditions and practices
• Conduct routine checks on work activities
• Manage WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices

• Participate in WSH compliance inspections
• Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks
• Address and provide counsel on specific instances of WSH non-compliance and unsafe work practices
• Carry out initiatives to support WSH program
• Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations
• Follow emergency preparedness and response plans (EPRPs) when responding to emergency situations
• Follow investigation protocols to collect data and report findings
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Prepare incident and accident reports
• Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incidents
• Review investigation findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents

Requirements

• Possess Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management in Construction Industry is a must
