Job summary
A multinational organization in Singapore is seeking a professional for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management in the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will conduct checks and manage safety standards, support compliance inspections, and lead investigations on incidents. A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience is required, and experience in LTA projects is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Possess WSH Management in Construction Industry.
 - At least 3-4 years of related working experience.
 - Advantageous to have experience in LTA projects.
 
Responsibilities
- Collect data on WSH performance and conditions.
 - Conduct routine checks on work activities.
 - Manage WSH non-compliance and unsafe work conditions.
 - Monitor effectiveness of improvement actions.
 - Participate in WSH compliance inspections.
 - Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance.
 - Address WSH non-compliance and unsafe practices.
 - Carry out initiatives to support WSH program.
 - Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.
 - Follow emergency preparedness and response plans.
 - Follow investigation protocols to collect data.
 - Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
 - Prepare incident and accident reports.
 - Propose corrective measures for incidents.
 - Review investigation findings to identify causes.

Requirements
