Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Building and Construction Industry.
• Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
• Responsible for daily checklists and weekly mass toolbox meetings.
• Supervise all workers in providing safety measures as per MOM Regulations.
• Assist WSHO in organizing monthly Safety Committee meetings.

Job description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health/Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
• Follow up with the committee site walk inspection findings for WSH Officer to close up the report and assisting WSH Officer on incident/accident investigation.
• Responsible for daily checklists are properly documented and carry out mass toolbox meeting once a week.
• Coordination with relevant site in-charge on improving the worksite safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure supervisors and workers are following safe work procedures compliance.
• Assist WSHO to organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
• Compiles all relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection
• Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MOM Regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

• Possess an Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• Min. 1 years relevant experience in Building and Construction Industry
• Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
• Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment
• Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous.
