About the Role

We are seeking a proactive WSH Coordinator to join our team, focusing on HDB Build-To-Order (BTO) residential projects. You will be responsible for promoting a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations, and supporting the project teams in maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards on HDB BTO projects.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs tailored for construction teams.
• Maintain detailed records of all safety incidents, near misses, and investigations.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure compliance with all relevant WSH regulations and HDB safety requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to site teams on safety best practices.
• Prepare and submit safety performance reports to management.
• Continuously review and improve the company’s safety management systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator or in a similar safety-focused role, preferably in residential or HDB projects.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety and health regulations, including HDB site safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis tools.
• Relevant WSH certificates or diplomas will be an advantage.
