Qualifications

• Mature mentality and ability to manage multiple clients' requirements.
• Familiar with maintaining Safety Health Management System (SHMS), ISO45001 or relevant safety systems.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator managing multiple client sites.

a) Assisting in the managing of our clients’ WSH/ISO documentation and other WSH/ISO initiatives in order to comply to Singapore WSH Act and other applicable legal requirements.

Job Attributes

• MUST have a mature mentality and able to manage multiple clients’ requirements.
• MUST be able to work in multiple locations in Singapore.
• MUST have positive attitude and conduct himself/herself well as a WSH Coordinator.
• Pleasant personality and be able to work well with clients and fellow colleagues in the organisation.

Required Qualification

• MUST have completed WSQ ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN WSH (LEVEL B) or equivalent qualifications recognised by Ministry of Manpower.
• Preferably with Fire Safety Manager certification, though not a must.
• Candidates with other qualifications such as Noise Control Officer, Confined Space Assessor, Hot Work Assessor etc will be advantageous.

Required Working Experience

• MUST be familiar with maintaining Safety Health Management System(SHMS), ISO45001 system or other relevant safety systems.
• Preferably have at least 1-2 years previous work experience working as a coordinator handling multiple clients’ sites, though not a must.
• Preferably with own transport, though not a must.
