Job summary

A local engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support day-to-day workshop operations. Responsibilities include managing job orders, liaising with customers and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to company SOPs. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry and be bilingual in Mandarin and English. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience in a vehicle servicing workshop is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the workshop's day-to-day operations.
• Issue job orders and handle inventory and supplier invoices.
• Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Issue quotations and invoices, and collect payments from customers.
• Ensure workshop operations follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform all ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
