Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Special Vehicle segment and supervise a team of technicians.
• Handle workshop administration, documentation, and daily operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workmanship to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the Technical and Training teams to plan technicians’ development and training requirements.
• Monitor workshop turnover, budget utilization, and performance targets.
• Conduct quality audits, manage warranty procedures, and ensure compliance with principal requirements.
• Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards.
• Support foremen and customer service advisors in technical matters and test drives when required.

• Remuneration Package: Up to $5200 + Attractive Variable Bonus

• Location: Central of Singapore

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Alternate Saturday Half Day 8.30am to 12.30pm
