Primary Purpose and Function
  • Managed workshop operation and deliver budgeted revenue with targeted throughput of external sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workshop operations
  • Ensure achievement of budgeted sales, GP & KPIs
  • Coordinate with NVP, vendors in fulfillng new vehicle preparation and deliveries
  • Collaborate with technical department in trouble shooting, developing field fix and escalating trend to principals
  • Identify training gaps and staff development
  • Ensure and Maintenance of compliance on ISO 9001 quality processess and principals after-sales service policies
Requirements
  • 10 years automotive aftersales or workshop experience
  • Experience in handling principals
  • Experience in warranty process and procedures
  • Experience in managing 10 staff or more
  • Familiar in using dealer management systems, EPC and other principals portals
Education

Diploma or higher
