Job Overview

Clerk / Admin / Receptionist

Must be competent with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities
  • Handle phone calls & enquiries.
  • Assist and advise customers on paperwork and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Training and coaching will be provided; 1st week – orientation; 2nd to 4th week – on‑job training.
Training/Advancement

Training and coaching will be provided for those interested to progress to Service Advisor / Claim Exec / Estimator / Assistant.

Managerial Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations from accident reporting to vehicle repair completion.
  • Create repair estimates for damaged vehicles.
  • Communicate with insurance companies/surveyors for claims.
  • Manage and coordinate with technicians on repair plans.
Good to have
  • Driving license.
  • Other areas of expertise and working experience are welcomed.
  • Working experience in automotive repair industry.
  • Familiar with car insurance claims procedures.
Salary & Eligibility

Salary commensurate with experience, working ability and skill set.

Singaporean/PR only.

Vacancies & Work Location

2 vacancies available.

Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon‑Fri), 9am – 1pm (Sat).

Working location: Woodlands / Jurong East.

Flexi working hours and alternate Saturdays will be based on work performance, experience, ability and independence.
