WSH Officer – Engineering & Construction Projects

• Location: Woodlands Industrial Park, Singapore (Work Islandwide)
• Salary: S$4,500 – S$6,000/month
• Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site safety teams and implement WSH processes
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections, and staff training
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and statutory requirements
• Coordinate safety matters with contractors, service providers, and stakeholders
• Prepare and submit safety reports to management, clients, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• Diploma/Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or related Engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (Junior WSH Officers may be considered)
• Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, risk management, and compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
