Job description

• Actively conduct risk assessments at the project site and recommend measures to minimize and eliminate possible risks to any person.
• Report on health and safety issues to the Project Manager which includes preparing incident and loss statistics and monthly summary reports.
• Work closely with different teams to implement and maintain a strong safety regime on site.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure the permit to work system in place.
• Ensure project's compliance with all Singapore statutory requirements for Health, Safety and Environment at all times.
• Reporting to the WSH Manager, you will liaise closely with Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites.
• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act
• Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions
• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture
• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection
• Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients
• Participate and involve in ISO implementation and audit
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager
