Job summary

A leading semiconductor equipment provider in Singapore is seeking a registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health and experience in construction safety or cleanroom environments. This role requires strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a WSHO.
• Experience in construction safety or cleanroom environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all WSH Act and legal regulations.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and prepare EHS reports.
• Monitor the safety of Field Service and Factory Support operations.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to be the cornerstone of our safety culture. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment across our operations and client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all WSH Act and legal regulations across the workplace and various project sites.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, meetings, and prepare EHS reports.
• Supervise and monitor the safety of Field Service and Factory Support operations on-site.
• Promote a strong safety culture and execute all company EHS initiatives effectively.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams on all safety‑related matters.

Requirements

• Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a WSHO.
• Experience in construction safety or cleanroom environments is a strong advantage.
• A proactive self‑starter with strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
