A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to ensure safety compliance and oversee site inspections. The ideal candidate must be MOM-registered and have a strong knowledge of local safety regulations. This role emphasizes promoting a robust safety culture among all personnel and contractors. Qualifications

  • Mandatory registration as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) is required.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, codes of practice, and company safety policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
  • Organize and conduct safety briefings, training, and toolbox meetings.
  • Liaise with MOM and relevant authorities on safety-related matters.
  • Promote a strong safety culture among all site personnel and contractors.

📍 Location: Kaki Bukit (On-Site)

💰 Salary: Up to $5,500/month

🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are a leading semiconductor company seeking a dedicated and experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) to oversee safety and compliance.
