Job summary
A staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Construction Safety Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience to oversee site safety and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to conduct site inspections. The ideal candidate will be registered with the Ministry of Manpower and possess a valid driving license.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety supervision, preferably in civil or underground projects.
- Registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Possess a valid Class 2/3 driving license.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all site safety matters to ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
- Implement and monitor safety and emergency response plans.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe practices.

- Oversee all site safety matters to ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management regulations.
- Review and verify project risk assessments and method statements.
- Implement and monitor safety and emergency response plans, conduct safety briefings, and ensure timely incident reporting.
- Carry out daily and regular site inspections to identify and rectify unsafe practices.
- Prepare and submit safety inspection reports in accordance with project requirements.
- Attend project and client meetings to report and advise on safety-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety supervision, preferably in civil, underground, pipejacking, or pipelaying projects.
- Able to perform roles such as ECO, ECMO, Confined Space Assessor, Earthwork Supervisor, and Lifting Supervisor when required.
- Registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Possess a valid Class 2/3 driving license.
- Good knowledge of local WSH legislation and industry best practices.
