Job Responsibilities as WSHO:
- Responsible for the implementation of the project safety and health management system
 - Advise the occupier, project manager or any other person in-charge of the work site on the applicable Safety and Health legislation
 - Inspect the worksite personally or direct his assistant to inspect the worksite on his behalf to determine whether there is any machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, process or any description of manual labor used in the worksite is of such mature that is liable to cause risk or bodily injury to any person working or employed in the worksite
 - Assist in investigating into any accident and dangerous occurrence which took place within the worksite
 - Prepare comprehensive accident report
 - Act as Secretary to the workplace safety and health committee and assist the chairman in planning and directing the function of the workplace safety and health committee
 - Initiate the management review with input request from Project Manager / Installation Manager
 - Establishing emergency preparedness procedures in collaboration with Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Services and interfacing contractors
 - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
 
Requirements:
- Registered with both MOM and NEA as WSH Officer
 - At least 3-5 years of post-registration experience
 - LTA work experience preferred
