A construction safety management company in Singapore needs a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in the Singapore construction industry and relevant safety certifications. Flexibility to work odd hours is required.
Leading a safety team to implement safety management systems, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
Lead and oversee the implementation of the company's safety management system across all sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure activities comply with WSH and regulatory requirements. Perform risk assessments to identify potential risks.
Assist in accident investigations, analyse causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments, method statements, and maintain accurate records of incidents and hazards.
Develop and conduct emergency response drills and follow the emergency preparedness and response plan (EPRP) during emergencies.
Minimum 4 (Four) years of experience in Singapore construction industry.
Having experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Proficiency in preparing safety reports and documentation.
Must need to work night jobs, Sundays, and Public holidays (if needed)
Depend on our customer requirements must need to work odd timings
Having certificate in Occupational First Aid Course.
Having Cerficate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Coordinator )
Preferred having driving licence.
Ready to visit multiple site everyday in needed.
