Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a Safety Coordinator to assist in implementing health and safety policies. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction safety and hold a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health. The position involves ensuring compliance with statutory health and safety obligations on site. Working hours are from 0800 to 1800, 6 days a week.

Safety Coordinator for Construction Industry

• Assist WSHO to implement and maintain all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ensure the project site meets its statutory obligations in all areas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting.
• Monitor the completion of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience relevant to the scope of work of the contract, ie Road, Tunnel and viaduct, after gaining WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) Course.
• 6 days week, working hours : 0800 ~ 1800 hours.
