Job Description
Lead and manage Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) across assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and promoting a strong safety culture.
Lead and manage Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) across assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and promoting a strong safety culture. Ensure compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements. Maintain valid WSHO registration and oversee site WSHO appointments. Conduct and track mandatory safety training (e.g., first aid, annual safety refreshers). Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations. Review and update SOPs, emergency plans, and safety documentation. Liaise with contractors, clients, and authorities on safety matters. Submit timely reports and maintain Health & Safety documentation.
Working closely with the MSF, SGE, Sembawang Housing onsite team and appointed subcontractors to ensure sites are compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements.
The WSHO Manager is accountable for ensuring compliance with MOM safety regulations, conducting and tracking mandatory safety training, leading audits and incident investigations, supervising site WSHOs, promoting a strong safety culture, and maintaining accurate safety documentation and reporting.
MOM-registered WSHO.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or WSH.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and incident management.
