A leading property management firm in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) Manager to lead and manage safety across contracts. This role requires ensuring compliance with MOM regulations, promoting a safety culture, and conducting mandatory training. The ideal candidate will need to be MOM-registered with over 5 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of safety regulations. Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) Manager
SCOPE OF ROLE
Lead and manage Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) across assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and promoting a strong safety culture. Ensure compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements. Maintain valid WSHO registration and oversee site WSHO appointments. Conduct and track mandatory safety training (e.g., first aid, annual safety refreshers). Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations. Review and update SOPs, emergency plans, and safety documentation. Liaise with contractors, clients, and authorities on safety matters. Submit timely reports and maintain Health & Safety documentation.
Working closely with the MSF, SGE, Sembawang Housing onsite team and appointed subcontractors to ensure sites are compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements.

5+ years of relevant experience.
