A leading global real estate services firm in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer to manage safety compliance across contracts. Responsibilities include leading mandatory safety training, overseeing WSHO appointments, conducting audits, and liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or WSH with 4 to 5 years of experience, is MOM-registered, and possesses strong safety regulation knowledge.

The WSHO is accountable for ensuring compliance with MOM safety regulations, conducting and tracking mandatory safety training, leading audits and incident investigations, supervising site WSHOs, promoting a strong safety culture, and maintaining accurate safety documentation and reporting.
