Job description

Job Scope:

• Perform construction site safety inspections
• Manage a team of Workplace Safety and Health Coordinators, to ensure each coordinator is running their respective area smoothly
• Provide advice and consultation to maintain a safe working environment in compliance with environmental safety regulations, standards and practices
• Conduct routine systematic safety audit/inspections
• Organize toolbox briefings, training and activities which will emphasize the importance of safety and maintain the interest of the workers so as to establish a safe and healthy working condition
• Attend site safety audit conducted by authorities and client
• Conducts job hazard analysis to determine safe working practices
• Submit required reports on monthly basis to consultant and client
• Assist Project Manager on all required safety matters, issues

Requirements:

Education:

• Accepted WSH Related Qualifications (Refer to MOM's website)

Experience:

• Local construction projects: 2 years
• Experience with HDB Projects is a plus

License/Certification:

• Registered WSHO Certification with MOM (Required)
