About the Job
  • Lead and manage Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) across assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and promoting a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with WSH Act and MOM requirements.
  • Maintain valid WSHO registration and oversee site WSHO appointments.
  • Conduct and track mandatory safety training (e.g., first aid, annual safety refreshers).
  • Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
  • Review and update SOPs, emergency plans, and safety documentation.
  • Liaise with contractors, clients, and authorities on safety matters.
  • Submit timely reports and maintain Health & Safety documentation.
About you
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or WSH with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • MOM-registered WSHO.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and incident management.
