Job summary

A construction safety company in Singapore is looking for a Safety Manager to enforce safety management systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Job Description & Requirements

• Enforcement of the implemented Safety Management System for the purpose of ensuring the safety of all staffs and workers in the workplace/projects
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and follow‑up actions to maintain high safety standard and compliance to Company's ISO & OSHAS policies
• Conduct monthly Safety Committee meetings and put up safety reports, including safety issues
• Conduct accident/incident investigations and recommendations on corrective action to prevent recurrence
• Provide the Safety and Health Committees with the tools, resources and support enabling them to function effectively
• Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme of the construction site before work commences on the worksite
• Provide and conduct Safety training for all new employees and workers
• Manage safety violation and award programs
• Must be registered WSHO with valid license with MOM
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building & construction
