Job summary

A prominent banking institution in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to focus on acquiring Current and Saving Accounts along with Personal Loans. The role involves maximizing sales opportunities through corporate events and direct consulting with clients, providing after-sales service, and following up on documentation for applications. Candidates with 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferred but those without relevant experience are welcome to apply. Strong communication and presentation skills necessary for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Primary focus of sales acquisition is to acquire CASA (Current Account & Saving Account), New to Bank card and Personal Loan Sales through corporate roadshows/lunch talks and Tele consulting.
  • Create and maximise all sales opportunities in the area of payroll accounts acquisition through corporate tie-ups
  • Proficient in face to face point-of-sales and Tele Consulting activities.
  • Work closely with Relationship managers to maximise overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events
  • Provide quality and efficient after sales services to the customers acquired.
  • Follow up with customers on pre-sales enquiry with regards to secured and unsecured retail banking products.
  • To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.
Skills and Experience
  • Candidate with no relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or sales-related role preferrered
  • Able to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Great presentation and great communication skills
  • Able to work under stress and sales target
  • Business to Business skill sets are a plus
  • Able to cold call effectively
