Workforce Transformation & Talent Management (Senior Consultant)
Join our growing HR consulting firm. We partner with companies to modernize their workforce. We are looking for a Senior Consultant to help clients redesign their HR functions, adopt new HR technologies, and manage the "people side" of business changes.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands‑on in‑house experience (HRBP, L&D, Performance Management) who is tired of routine administration and wants to solve real business problems. You don't need to be a tech expert yet, but you must be eager to learn how to integrate AI and digital tools into HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Implementation: Consult on and design talent strategies across the full employee lifecycle (Attraction, Development, Retention). You won't just plan; you will have the opportunity to implement these frameworks to ensure they work in practice.
- Workforce Transformation: Lead projects to help companies restructure roles and workflows (Job Redesign) to make them more efficient.
- HR Tech & AI Implementation: Partner with software vendors and client leadership to bridge the gap between technology and people, helping clients map tools to business needs.
- Change Management: Plan and execute communication and training to ensure changes stick, managing resistance effectively.
- Facilitation & Advisory: Conduct workshops to extract insights and act as the trusted advisor to ensure clients feel supported throughout the project.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in in‑house HR Business Partnering (HRBP) or OD/L&D. You understand daily business operations and HR pain points.
- Acceptable: 2+ years in an HR consultancy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
Skills & Mindset
- Customer‑Centric: You prioritize business outcomes over just "delivering a report." You listen patiently to client concerns to ensure the solution genuinely helps them.
- Navigating Ambiguity: You thrive in the "grey areas," capable of taking vague, messy client problems and structuring them into clear, actionable plans.
- Adaptive Communication: You are confident presenting strategy to CEOs, yet humble and approachable when engaging operational staff and "uncles" on the ground.
- Digital Curiosity: You are eager to learn how AI and HR platforms integrate into talent strategy, even if you haven't implemented them before.
Why Join Us?
- Pushing Boundaries: We don't just execute instructions; we challenge clients to adopt smarter solutions.
- Forefront of Improvement: You will lead Continual Improvement initiatives, helping businesses evolve to survive in the future economy.
