Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an integration specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests. You will assess, build, test, and deploy changes in a timely manner, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to obtain approvals through governance processes.

You will maintain integration documentation, ensure testing alignment with Workday standards, and support integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and SOAP/REST services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday integrations experience.
• SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT knowledge.
• Integration troubleshooting.
• Technical specifications and test scripting.

Responsibilities

• Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday change requests, ensuring all requests are assessed, built, tested, deployed in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes and facilitate approvals through governance processes.
• Maintains accurate change documentation and ensures updates are tested and deployed in alignment with project and Workday standards.
• Building and supporting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, SOAP/REST web services.
• Performing requirements analysis, technical design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Coordinating with HCM and Financials teams.
• Maintaining integration documentation and data mappings.
• Troubleshooting integration and data mapping issues.
