A technology consulting firm in Singapore is looking for a Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Performance Management. The ideal candidate will oversee Workday configurations and support processes including performance reviews and goal management. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, relevant experience of 4-8 years, and Workday performance certifications. Workday Functional Consultant Performance Management is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Performance Management and related HCM modules. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Management, and IT teams to optimize performance review processes, goal management, continuous feedback, and talent programs within Workday.
1. Workday Configuration & Functional Expertise- Lead configuration and end-to-end support for Workday Performance Management, including: -> Performance Reviews -> Goal Management -> Check-ins and Continuous Feedback -> Feedback Cycles & Talent Cards -> Review Templates, Steps, & Timeline Setup- Configure business processes, security roles, condition rules, notifications, and dashboards.
2. Project Implementation & Enhancements
Participate in or lead Workday enhancements, new feature rollouts, and optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with HR/Talent stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional configurations.
Support Workday Releases by reviewing new features, assessing impact, and implementing relevant updates.
3. Testing & Documentation
Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Maintain detailed documentation: configurations, design documents, SOPs, and release notes.
4. Data & Reporting
Build and optimize reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports preferred).
Support data integrity checks and provide insights to HR and leadership teams.
5. Support & Troubleshooting
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Performance Management and related Workday modules.
Resolve system issues, provide break/fix support, and manage Workday cases.
Train and support HR partners, managers, and employees on performance-related processes.
