Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the lifecycle of the Dematic DAI WMS system, including configuration, customization, and necesssary upgrades if any.

Ensure seamless operation and optimal performance of the WMS across all facilities.

Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and configure the WMS system to align with operational goals.

Work closely with the Supply Chain Product Head to integrate WMS strategies with overall supply chain initiatives.

Conduct thorough testing of business flows to ensure quality delivery for production use.

Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of system performance.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for geographically distributed Operations Managers regarding WMS system issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Analyze operational challenges and recommend solutions to improve efficiency within the fresh food distribution centers.

Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize productivity and accuracy.

Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for reporting and data analysis purposes.

Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to support decision‑making.

Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in WMS technology to drive innovation and optimization within the supply chain.

Actively participate in WMS migration projects and provide expertise to ensure seamless transitions.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide training and support on WMS system usage.
