Job summary

GD Precision Pte. Ltd. is seeking a CNC EDM operator to operate and monitor EDM machines, ensuring high precision and fine finishing. The role requires reading drawings and using precision measuring tools.

The ideal candidate has NTC/NITEC certification and experience in precision engineering or tool making, with basic English for operating EDM programs in English.

Qualifications

• Able to operate CNC EDM machines and maintain high accuracy.
• Knowledge of EDM spark and ability to read drawings.
• Proficient with measurement tools including micrometer, calipers, profile projector and digital indicators.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC EDM machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.
• Maintain and service equipment and machines.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Work rotating shifts as required.

• Able operate CNC EDM machine
• Knowledge of EDM spark
• Understandingof drawing
• Must know how to use: Micrometer, Vernier caliper, toolmaker scope, profile projector,digital dial indicator,etc
• Able to control the tolerance in+-0.005mm
• Able to work rotating shift
• At least 1 year experience in Precision CNC EDM/ Wirecut.
• Able to operate machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.
• Write and Read Simple English
• Able to maintain equipment and machines

Requirements

• NTC/NITEC Related technical skills certification
• Experience in Precision Engineering / Tool Making
• Possess basic proficiency in English to operate EDM machines programmed in English
