Job summary

AIA Singapore offers a structured summer internship programme for students and fresh graduates interested in finance, business, and strategy. The programme runs from 7th December 2026 to 18th December 2026, with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:30 to 17:30.

A monthly allowance ranges from SGD 1,500 to 2,800, and selected participants may attend a fully sponsored overseas business camp for international exposure.

Qualifications

• Structured training sessions focused on business fundamentals, professional skills, and workplace readiness.
• Certification papers to strengthen professional credentials.
