CT Group in Singapore is offering a 5-week paid winter internship designed to deepen your understanding of the finance industry. You will participate in workshops, events planning, and enneagram analysis, learning directly from experienced leaders and practitioners.

You will receive 1-to-1 coaching, mentorship throughout the program, and team bonding plus personal development courses, helping you build technical and soft skills such as sales and marketing.

Qualifications

• GCE A Levels / Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Willingness to learn about the finance industry and participate in workshops.

Responsibilities

• Participate in workshops and events planning.
• Assist with project work and research tasks as part of the internship.
• Engage in mentorship sessions and team activities throughout the 5 weeks.
