The Kitchen will serve modern Taiwan and Asian cuisine. You need to provide guests with high-quality food that complements the style and flavor profile of the wine selection, enhancing the overall wine experience and brand image of the bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Design dishes that pair harmoniously with the wine list and bar concept
• Incorporate seasonal ingredients, local specialties and creative culinary ideas into the menu
• Oversee daily food preparation, ingredients purchasing, and storage management
• Enforce strict food safety and hygiene practices
• Monitor food costs, minimize waste and report inventory usage regularly
• Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are properly maintained and clean
